Eye makeup remover –

1 Cup of Water

1 1/2 Tablespoons of baby shampoo (tearless!!!)

1/8 baby oil

Put together in small container and shake well. Apply to cotton ball/eye round, wipe eyes then proceed to cleanse your face after and make sure all is washed off.

*Must be shaken before each use to mix together ingredients
